  1. Do you pick up at our hotel?
    We pick-up at most San Francisco Hotels. Please call to confirm your pick-up location and time.

  2. Do you pick up at hotels near the airport?
    We pick-up at South San Francisco Hotels and San Francisco Airport Hotels every morning beginning at 7.45 am.

  3. Do you take us back to our hotel after the tour?
    We always return you to the same location from which we picked you up.

  4. Do you pick-up in Oakland or San Jose?
    No, unfortunately we do not pick-up in those areas. However you may take BART from Oakland or CALTRAIN from San Jose and we will pick you up at the EMBARCADERO BART Station from Oakland and East Bay cities or the CALTRAIN station at 4th and Townsend streets from San Jose.

  5. Is lunch included in your tours?
    Lunch is not included, however on full day tours we make a lunch stop at a scenic area.

  6. Do you have restrooms on the bus?
    All full size coaches have restrooms. Our "mini coaches” – do not. Along the routes used by our smaller coaches there are a number of rest stop opportunities.

  7. Are your coaches Clean and well maintained for safety?
    You will ride in brand new luxury coaches; maintained and checked daily by a staff of dedicated mechanics in accordance with strict safety regulations set forth by the California Highway Patrol and the California Department of Transportation.

  8. Have you been rated by customers if so what is your rating?
    We have a 5 star rating from our industry’s independent audit of reviews sent in by our quests.

  9. What method of payment do you take ?
    We take all major credit cards.

CITY TOUR TOUR QUESTIONS

     

  1. Do we remain inside the bus for the entire tour, or are we able to walk around certain points of interest?
    We make stops about every 10 minutes at key locations. Stops can range from five- minute photo stops to 20 minutes at the Golden Gate Bridge. Other stops may include: Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, City Hall/Civic Center and San Francisco’s stately Victorian architectural delights – the "Painted Ladies”.

  2. Do you have restrooms on the bus?

  3. What is the difference between a "Hop on/Off " and a Full City Tour?
    Value and Simple geography make the difference. "Hop on/off” tours are restricted to circling only a tiny part of San Francisco repeatedly. Our 3 1/2 hour tour lays the legendary beauty and diversity of San Francisco at your feet as you discover Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach and the beauty of the Pacific Ocean among other sights.

    MUIR WOODS / SAUSALITO QUESTIONS

     

  1. How long is the Muir Woods tour?
    The entire trip lasts about four hours.

  2. How much time is allowed in Muir Woods?
    Visitors are allowed 1 hour at Muir Woods.

  3. What’s special about Sausalito?
    It is a lovely, picturesque Seaside village with dramatic, sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline and "City Front."
  4. How long do we stay in Sausalito?
    About one hour. At this time you may elect to depart from the tour, returning To San Francisco at your own pace proceeding via a delightful ferry trip back to San Francisco’s beautifully-restored Ferry Building at the foot of Market St.

    NAPA SONOMA WINE COUNTRY TOUR QUESTIONS

     

  1. How long is the Wine Country tour?
    The tour lasts approximately 8 hours.

  2. How many wineries are included in this tour?
    You visit at least three wineries located in the heart of California’s famed Napa and Sonoma wine producing regions.
  3. Are wine tastings available and, if so, are they included in the ticket price?
    Yes, wine tastings are part of the experience and are inclusive in the tour price.

  4. Will be we able to walk through the vineyards?
    The tour includes a guided walk-through a producing vineyard, accompanied by a professional vintner, who explains the wine-making process from planting, through harvest to bottling.

  5. May we take our children along?
    Children are welcomed on this tour. The vineyard walkabout is an exceptional learning experience for all ages.

  6. This is a full day tour, will we have time to eat lunch?
    Yes. The tour stops at a beautiful old converted winery offering quaint boutiques offering gourmet food items as well as local crafts and wine-related merchandise. Here you will find a lovely outdoor dining area to relax an enjoy an al fresco luncheon if you choose.

    MONTEREY, CARMEL AND PEBBLE BEACH QUESTIONS

     

  1. How long is the drive to Monterey?
    This is an all-day tour (11 hrs). The drive to the area is approximately 2 hours with stops along the way for photos along California’s ruggedly magnificent coastline to and from stops in historic Monterey and quaint Carmel-by-the Sea.

  2. How long do we spend in Carmel and Monterey?
    In each of these charming, historic locales you’re able to spend over an hour leisurely strolling along Cypress-lined streets or along Steinbeck’s once-bustling Cannery Row.

  3. We would like to visit the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. Do you stop there?
    Yes, as an easy optional add-on you may include a visit to the Aquarium as part of the same tour.

  4. Do we see pebble Beach the world famous golf course?
    Yes, we drive through the 17 mile drive. The pebble beach golf course is located along the 17 mile drive.
