About the Buses

Double-decker buses are taller than other buses. They are extensively used in the United Kingdom, where perhaps the most famous is the Routemaster used in London since 1954, which is now being phased out (as of 2005). Most of the buses in Hong Kong and about half in Singapore are double-deckers as well. A few are also used as tour buses, especially in New York and Paris and now San Francisco.

Our double-decker buses have an open upper deck, with no roof and shallow sides. These are very popular for sightseeing tours of cities such as San Francisco. Book a Double Decker Tour and climb up and back into history

Additional Charter Information

Departure Point:

Arranged before pick-up. No fee for pick-up in San Francisco. Additional fees and hours will apply for pick-up outside of San Francisco.

Pickup and drop off Address: Please provide your pick up address on the order form.

Bar Hop or Party on Wheels: We cannot offer "Bar Hops" or any charter service with Alcohol aboard the Double Decker Buses.

Payment: Full payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Travel Time: Additional travel time fees apply to destinations outside the San Francisco area.

Deposits: Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: 6 days or more prior to event - 25% of total cost, 5-1 days prior to event - 50% of total cost, 24 hours prior to event - 100% of total cost.

Confirmation: For every confirmed charter you will receive a charter contract and a confirmation of you event details by email. .

Recommended: A extra layer of warm clothing for riding in an Open Top Bus.

Meals and Souvenirs are not included.
