The ride from the airport was quick and direct. The only problem we had with this tour was finding where to catch the shuttle at the airport. The signage at SFO is highly inadequate.

The only issue we had was we were not picked up at our Hotel and our Hotel manager had to call the tour and have us picked up. I think the name of the Hotel was very similar to another and they may have been the problem. Other wise it was great.

My wife and I were a bit disappointed in the condition of the shuttle bus. It was a bit run down,. and the air conditioning did not appear to work. We also felt that the driver could have provided a bit of commentary regarding San Francisco, particularly as this was our first visit to the city. This would have been welcomed and would have been a nice touch from the company. Other than that the service provided was very good.

The pickup went without a problem. The driver did not seem to know immediately what to do with my voucher. He asked for payment when we got to the Hotel. He looked attenatively at the document and seemed somewhat uniformed or unfamiliar. Other than that he did a great job. Possibly a little better communication from the office to the driver needs to take place.
