This tour to Carmel and surrounding area with Jeff (Golden Gate Getaways) is the best tour we have ever taken. Well worth the money for a private tour. I cannot say enough good about Jeff. We throughly enjoyed his company, knowledge and flexibility in allowing us to alter the tour to meet our wishes. He was Always attentive and his SUV was extremely clean, roomy and comfortable for the long day and had plenty of window space for great viewing. I Highly, Highly recommend Jeff for any touring needs in the California area he covers. He will be the only tour guide we use for any future tours in the San Francisco area. We had the best time on this tour. Jeff's knowledge of the area was great and the stops we made were customized to our needs and what we wanted to see. Time was never an issue so being a bit late at certain stops was not an issue. Even all the trivial information that was communicated to us was interesting and fun. We can't say enough great things about our trip with Jeff. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and did everything possible to make our trip one of the highlights of our vacation. Jeff had complementary refreshments, and we made many stops along the way to Monterey/Carmel for fantastic photos of the shoreline, sea lions, sea otters, surfers and beaches. He added information about the places we saw, like visiting Mission Ranch, and the cities we passed in route. We'd recommend any tour Jeff offers. This tour was outstanding in every way. Jeff Morgan, our tour operator, spent tremendous effort to make our day a very special one. He also let us customize our tour so that we were sure to see what interested us most in Monterey and Carmel and points along the way. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of our questions. Jeff allowed us numerous stops to run along the beach, enjoy a fabulous lunch, take walks around town, visit Pebble Beach, have drinks at Mission Ranch, and on and on. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and this trip. He made it interesting and fun. In addition, he provided snacks, chocolates, and wine along the way - all at no additional cost to us. We had a great day and never felt hurried. Jeff allowed us extra time, above and beyond, what we paid for. We were so impressed that we recommended Jeff to the hotel concierge where we were staying in San Francisco and also to a number of other folks on our Tauck tour. This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $25.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
